This EFT class is relevant to the Scope of Practice for California LMFTs. LCSWs. LPCCs and LEPs. It is one of the Cognitive Somatic Energy Practices (CSEP). It is an evidence based treatment. CSEP treatment has been applied to a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders and symptoms by practitioners from around the world. There is research evidence documenting CSEP successfully treating addictions, cravings, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, trauma, and stress. Refund and cancellation policies: If the course is cancelled by Dr. Minewiser, you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel more than 15 days before the start of class, you will receive a refund minus $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 4 days before class begins you will receive half the fee back and the remainder can be credited to a future class by Dr. Minewiser.
Grievances: Please submit by email to Dr. Lorna Minewiser and acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within 45 hours. Dr. Minewiser will review and respond to the grievance within 48 hours. If the grievances is not resolved it may be submitted to EFT International.

We are committed to dealing with complaints fully, fairly and impartially. We will try to minimize how stressful it is for you if you complain. Our ethos is one of restorative justice, looking for conflict resolution as far as that is possible and appropriate in the circumstances.
If the complaint is upheld, we may apply any of the sanctions below. Where possible and appropriate, we are looking for an outcome that will include positive learning for the subject of the complaint.
All complaints are dealt with in confidence. But we may use evidence gathered in investigating a complaint to help improve our services.
There no time limit for making a complaint. However, the longer you leave it the more difficult it is likely to be to investigate it.
