This 10 week coaching group is for women who are ready to learn and practice powerful new ways of reacting to stress and increasing their well-being. Research shows that it can take about 8 weeks to incorporate a new habit into our lives. In this group coaching program you will be introduced to 3 powerful practices: HeartMath, EFT/Tapping and Havening. You will have the group support of other women going through the program with you, not only during the live ZOOM sessions but also in a private discussion group. The HeartMath EmWave2 biofeedback monitor is included and will be used throughout. There will also be a private website with recordings of the modules to use between sessions. The group sessions will not be recorded so as to maintain private and emotional safety.
